    NTA as reported on the balance sheet is only a small portion of the equation.

    What is the true NTA position in a fire sale?

    What is the debt level?

    What is the companies ability to service debt?


    The debt level maybe low compared to book asset values but this is not much help if the debt can not be serviced properly and assets can not be liquidated for anything like the book value or without putting the stability of the comapny at risk.
