Katie you don't own shares. You own exchange traded options with a exercise price of 2cents and expiry date 30th of this month.

Exchange traded options are a means for a company to raise cash. As long as the price of the actual shares(VOR) are equal or higher than 2 cents people who want continue investment exposure to VOR will convert the exchange traded options into shares. Otherwise just sell them on the open market.

I had a look at VOR and looks like they have hit a pretty significant COPPER resource. Thats why the share price has been trending up. VOR is a speculative company. Speculative companies are the riskiest and will fall the most if the market has a negative outlook. Although the VOR share price is showing strength and trending up there is no guarantee it will continue up, especially in the current market. If things get really bad companies like VOR will cop a hiding no matter what.

Things eventually will get very bad in my opinion. Great you want to learn but this is the wrong time to be involved in it. Very dangerous and uncertain market. You'll burn eventually. COPPER speculative exploration companies will cop it in a bad market.

If you want to be involved then look for stuff that will go up in the current market. Producing gold stocks is the place to be. Stuff like RMS should over time do very well but will need patience.

By the way if anyone reading your posts think your a idiot, they are in fact a fool themselves. Nothing wrong with your posts. Got to start somewhere.
