It was recovering a bit and went over $9 and the they bought BOCA and issued 150m shares @ $8.45 to cover the purchase,since then the selling has been relentless.
But if the dividends are maintained at 30cff per half then it could be OK in the longer term.
If more reasons for the selling are known then we should be made aware apart from the likely repatriation of funds to europe etc.
