    Can anyone give me some idea what effect this merger will have on our current holdings?
    The documentation released the other day was like reading "War and Peace".
    eg If i currently hold 1 million KTE fully paid shares, how many will i then hold if the merger gains shareholder approval?
    Thanks in advance.

    ps..I have tried to contact management in the past to speak with them but had no luck whatsoever.
    Maybe that is why the share price and the company's projects are worthless?
