They have to stay in TH as they announced the deal which now is incomplete and until it is the market will speculate whether it will or won;t be and whether we like it or not the signing of a second contract is market sensitive. If they hadn;t mentioned it then the TH could have been lifted.
What has held it up is anybodies guess.
Certainly the company could well have informed the market better along the way. The many hold ups theyhave had are beyond their control as it has involved government departments etc. site issues etc Again why they haven;t announced this to smooth the air is anybodies guess.
