I remember looking at this stock some time back, and it was well outside my appetite.
The nature of the extended voluntary suspension (ie. because of a 2nd contract, and noting it is following on from a capital raising that they have not stated is yet complete) makes me speculate that some of the investors will not participate without this contract. I can't see any other reason why a suspension would remain in place for this long for one contract.
So, the "good" news would be that if they get the contract, they most likely raise capital, and remain listed.
