Help

Hi,
I had shares in PNA and moved house, forgetting to update my details with the share registry (Computershare)
I am now getting handballed around by 3 companies and noone seems to help.
All I want to do is change my address. My shares were CHESS sponsored. I was told by Computershare to call Third Party Platform , who then told me to call Boardroom. Boardroom told me to call Computershare and say I want to change my address but not give a reason. The guy from Boardroom said that I will be a "dissenter" and receive a cheque in the mail in a few weeks as I didn't reply to the offer. Can someone please help me with this issue? Is it better just to pay the $23 with Australia Post and get a mail redirection and hope that the cheque is posted out in that time?
