    I would like some help to clear what is happening with BKN. I am a novice and hold a small parcel of shares and will accept BUT why would buyers be willing to pay $3.23 - $3.25 if the offer is not going to be raised? I would just as well be better to sell on the open market? Thoughts would be appreciated.
