Expiry date - Each New Option will expire at 5:00 pm (Perth time) on 29 April 2018 (Expiry
Date). Any New Option not exercised before the Expiry Date will automatically lapse on the
Expiry Date.
Exercise price - The amount payable upon exercise of each New Option will be A$0.009
(Exercise Price).
