My understanding is that Jupiter Energy will give Jupiter Biofuel shares to shareholders who hold Jupiter Energy shares on 17 November 2006. Last I heard was the ratio would be 1 Jupiter Biofuel share for evert 2 Jupiter Energy shares. Jupiter Energy shareholders will also keep their Jupiter Energy shares. The shareholders of Jupiter Energy still have to agree to this at the AGM on 10 November 2006.
