Possible, but that scenario results in insufficient cash short term for their immediate needs...the JBF shareholding (if it goes ahead) will be in voluntary escrow for at least 6 months!
Even raising just $1m at say 5c will result in 20m news shares (equivalent to the options dilution model)
Besides, JPR's negotiating powers will be far more enhanced with $6m cash and $5m in JBF shares, than it will be with just $2m cash and $5m JBF shares.
The more cash at hand for the least amount of dilution, the better long term.
