Fellas,
I'm a USA investor and hold shares of SMM through its US listing. I thought once PDN reached its 80% ownership that they would take over all of SMM and any remaining shares would now be converted to PDN at .67 as of June 1.
I've obviously missed something as the stock is not tracking PDN.
Can you all provide some insight and guidance? I would appreciate all your help and thoughts. Thanks!
