I have one of these as well.

These shares were given to shareholders as a "dividend/ in specie distribution " last year.

As they are a pty ltd company they are not listed and not tradeable at this stage so not worth anything.

Actually its a question that could be asked at a GM or AGM at some stage because the way it will benefit the shareholders is by listing on the ASX at some stage hopefully.

So in short, just keep the statement and do nothing. I am sure they will contact us if they wish to list at a later date.
