46 cents divided by $6 is > 7%. What was the dividend yield at Toll and Patrick, but guessing no where near 7%?
Maybe this is part of the reason that brokers are saying it is undervalued. At teh moment, funds are sitting side lines and hedge funds are enjoy the retail buying to smack it in the afternoon.
