Sadly, very true. I was a top 20 holder for a number of years until recently. Tried contacting via email and phone in the past 12 months. No acknowledgement or response. Didn't participate in the recent CR simply for that reason and sold out. I just shake my head when I think of the management of this company. Hoping the holders get something out of this.
