The ultimate regulator are the share holders - They own the company.
What we have seen is the rusted on investors with their fingers in their ears voicing the mantra NA NA Na.... and wishing that C14 will deliver something.
Not really any form of balanced investor strategy based on firm grounding.
Shareholders cannot blame anyone else for their investment choices and there has been too much commentary that others are at fault.
people need to face up to reality and make whatever decisions come from that.
So, enough with blaming ASIC or the ASX. Owning shares have their own dangers and people just need to accept that and make decisions on their own.
