They need to deliver tangible progress and real products that benefit the public—not just cater to insiders operating behind closed doors, coordinated by CEOs with impressive titles and inflated salaries year after year.

A 10% drop in share price shouldn’t justify business as usual at the top—let alone in cases of massive decline. In Biotron’s case, where the share price has collapsed from 6 cents to 0.3 cents—a staggering 95% fall—executive and Board compensation should be cut by at least the same percentage. Anything less rewards failure and undermines shareholder value.
