    IF the PO loan becomes available. Without this loan, BRT can't get $20mill in revenue this calender year and I believe that BRT will take a long time to recover. Without a significant revenue stream, BRT will be very limited with cash for next year as well and the next major earnings opportunity is another 1 year away.
