I would like to park some cash into my kids morgages to help them out with the rising Payments but in the future a busted marriage would then mean I loose Half or even more based on the Split up Judgements by the Law. Has anyone had any luck with doing this and come up with protection for there capital through a Caveat or similar and is a legaly binding for all concerned. Thanks in antcipatience.
