The further this goes the more I am starting to think the lack of the TOL is not caused by government & politics - rather it may be that NC has not been honest with us in relation to them satisfying the conditions.
No one doubts the business case for Lynas as outlined last week by NC (I am even more convinced today of the opportunity) but I am starting to have serious doubts about the regulatory status of the LAMP as all public comment by government & authority suggests they are ready to issue the TOL if the conditions are met.
I am a very very long term shareholder having survived the 8c lows & the 2.70 peaks over the last 5 years but slowly losing faith & trust in management in the last 12 months.
