LYC is in Malaysia because of incentives from the Government.
Similar incentives will keep investors flowing to Malaysia into the future notwithstanding LYC's situation and the views of its shareholders.
LYC need the TOL. End of story.
I'm not sure LYC can even sue the government if the TOL isn't granted.
