So HEM has currently 34 million shares.

Obviously someone, I assume a broker has quickly hit HEM to place some shares to them.

We'll know the price and detrails tomorrow.

Questions:

Under the 15% shares placement rule, ie: not needing approval from sharehlders, HEM could place upto a maximum of 5.1 million shares. Is this likely given the speed at which someone has run and asked HEM to do a placement to them?

If HEM issues more than the 15% or 5.1 million shares, then I assume they could only place upto 19.9% of the total 34 million shares as any more would force the buyer to say if they are planning a takeover? Issuing 19.9% of the current shares would be 6 million 766 thousand shares.
This I assume would need share holder approval?

Assuming its a broker who have asked HEM to do a placement to them, if you dont use that broker.....can you for example, join up with them and tell them you want to participate in the HEM placement and get shares that way also?
