Agree with a refund guarantee conceptually, but as Haka said the material states that we offering a 1,000% refund guarantee.

I can’t see them refunding (say) $500 for a $50 purchase (as this would be abused), or what else a 1,000% refund guarantee could mean.

Therefore I think it is likely a typo. If so, I think this is sloppy and likely is due to an ineffective or non-existent sign off and proof reading processes.
