I love this company like your mother loves you and I don’t put up with incompetence, or inexperience. We are not a kindergarten.
This company was built by middle aged white men, a lot of them Aussie farmers who took a risk with us. Now we are old white men. We will not let our live’s work be destroyed by “woke” kids.
I’ll not be moving on. I will be watching intently, and guiding from this awesome position that I can’t be fired from.
