I hear what you are saying, but given the companies ethos I do not think it helpful. Not all job opportunities that arise are in sales and posts such as those that can be accessed via that link have potential to dissuade excellent candidates from applying for vacancies. It might be worthwhile management going around the known happy employees and having a word in their ear LOL. One only has to look at Indeed comments for another ASX listed company to see examples of talking up the company.
