Health and longevity is determined multi factorially. I personally am a convert to Hemp seeds and Hemp protein. However there are other issues than diet that are probably equally important. Amongst these are your genetic make up. Regular medium intensity exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, are 3 more. Food hygiene in Australia is almost a given, so contaminated food should not be the problem, however nutritional value should always be foremost in food selections. I have shown my personal recipe for a Hemp based smoothie already on this thread.
