With hemp yielding high rates of protein (87%)than the current agricultural sources (85%) it would suggest that hemp could supplant those sources as a foodstuff additive. The question then is how does hemp compares economically.
Also does anybody know whether the extraction process is patent protected and whether TSN will have an exclusive on the isolate product? Thanks
