Henceforth Russia is guilty of genocide

What I'm referring to is the increased famine in Africa especially that will flow from Russia closing down the Ukraine grain export, not just by sea but by bombing facilities by which it was exported through neighbouring countries.

But what the f*ck does a person like KGB Colonel Putin care about starving children and mothers in Africa. He doesn't even give a sh*t about hungry people in his own country. Expendable.
