After reading the comment about years until dividend & income, like you Triage, I thought who is in it for the dividend?
I thought Mr.PH was crying poor to reinforce the fact that MEL is NOT a rich multi-billion, multi-national company who doesn't care about the local environment and development. Despite the fact that MEL will not generate any income soon, MEL will still build the RVPS to mutually benefit the region as well as the company.
