Next point is rising house prices are for the most part a fools gain---oh wow my house went up 5%....um but so did everybody elses, so in actual fact you made squat, if anything its cost you money if you want to upsize/move to a nicer area.

The whole system is a joke built on greed and ignorance.

I used to be pro property, but when you read constantly people saying that its an infallible investment, a sure fire way to riches and retirement bliss....well its time to run for the hills imho.
