re: henry kaye gives money back - why not? I went to a similar presentation. The guy I spoke to was a weedy ex-school teacher (probably kindie) who did not own any properties. The whole thing stank of someone trying to put their hand(s) in ones pocket and trying to extract as much as possible. It was styled on an American hype session to suck people in - I believe Kaye spent time in the US learning the craft from other charlatans.
