One of the upsides for ADD and its Indonesian coal projects it would seem that it will not be exposed to the Rudd Government's opportunistic tax grab for the 40% Resource Super Profits Tax.
That is some timely reassurance for my investment in this company.
JORC for Tapan due within next 4 weeks.
Should expect SP to move upwards today IMO on back of US markets overnight.
