    GST could solve most of this
    If you buy a tinnie to take the kids fishing you pay 10% ...if you buy a 150 foot cruiser you pay 100% gst
    Problems solved
    It is all based on GREED ..a little or a LOT
    Cant see money pouring in on a long term basis as it is now.
    What is coming in is for projects too far advanced to drop them.CHEERS
