How small companies get profitable is by borrowing.

To suggest otherwise is ridiculous unless they have a particular niche, dead uncle from whom you just inherited ect.

How else do you start up to buy computers, vehicles, hire staff, manufacture, produce goods, machinery, office furniture, pay rent or build,pay insurances such as PI and workers comp, pay your bills for the goods you nead to make the goods you sell (just try getting credit for a new business these days with no credit history), maintanence, advertising, etc etc etc,

oh, and don't forget you have to live and eat in the meantime.
