    i am fully aware of that but the beneficiary of those fees & options shouldn't also be writing the research reports. I have no issue with the fees (& I made no comment on whether the fees were wrong or right), just the recipient writing investment/research reports

    I used the word "largess" but the context is ESR being prepared to be generous in paying the fees - again I offered no comment on whether or not the fees/options were excessive or not so "par for the course" is irrelevant
