MyM - So you hire a plumber to fix your toilet - he works on it all day and hits you up for a $1,000 for the work and gives you 7 days to pay. Next morning you wake up and your house is flooded from the toilet the plumber worked on the day before. Are you going to pay him the $1,000 for his work or wait until you have your insurance company quote on the damage? This is most likely the scenario with this dispute. It will eventually be sorted out commercially between the two parties.
