there is no anger at CYL management at all, but a number of us contacted them to find out more information on this and I'll remind you the post from Kori the other day :

Also just received a similar email letter from CYL’s Financial Controller stating the same: not insolvent, long outstanding dispute with one service provider, due to M/A activity there have been 3 independent audits conducted all consider the amount and substance of the matter to be immaterial not even worthy of a footnote , being handled by CYL legal counsel.

I received a similar response when I contacted them. It is a non-issue. As I said yesterday, you could also receive this if you bothered contacting them (but it doesnt suit your agenda), oh, and thats right you arent even a CYL shareholder so I doubt they would waste their time - I wouldnt if I were them. They have a lot more important things to be working on.
