Calm down mymillions being an ex accountant/company secretary for over 40 years I dont know of one company that has not had a dispute with a creditor that hasn't used a final notice or wind up notice as a tactic to settle an account. To imply nefarious practices on behalf of CYL or solvency issues with CYL at this stage of the game is both irresponsible and misleading to shareholders. This notice of winding up is at this stage of the process business as usual for growing companies. Suggest you wait before telling shareholders to run and sell.
