I found the article I referenced providing details about how trials of administering heparin via a nebuliser have produced improvement in ~70% of people infected with Covid19 an exciting development.
If it's promise comes true it will be a game changer due to its current world-wide availability, lack of toxicity and dirt cheap cost. If it proves to be as effective as early trials suggest and governments block its use they'll have a lot to answer for.
