Thanks for your excellent post from an oncology front-line perspective.

Toxicity has been discussed here a lot in the past, maybe not much recently though, a lot going on. I agree with all you have said & cancer patients are certainly not immune to pre-existing cardiac disease, especially in older age groups, & of course treatment induced cardio-toxicity. Then with other therapies lung damage.
