Hate to say it for those long term holders here but I think you are right - Private equity fund would be ripe to make a low ball offer here to pick up SGH for a song - as business model not broken and as a professional services firm I see them being able to change focus on other areas - but lack of balance sheet flexibility (read debt) will be a handbrake for them. Hence where opportunistic Private Equity Fund could pick this up for a song. Not a reason would enter but do agree with your thought process.
