Mr Schwarz obviously needs some education about what constitutes a Substantial Shareholder - 5% of the issued capital is the answer. Another matter to remind some shareholders who missed out on the placement is- there are criteria to meet to be counted as a Sophisticated Investor, including registration of interest. Let's stick with a board who know the rules of being listed on the ASX.
