it should be noted that el5323 is NOT the tenement containing the 1.8million tonnes of brown coal,but a small additional block of land at BM that mantle applied for in december to further consolidate its land holding.The original BM tenement was applied for in june 2010,and all community and native title adverts in relation to this main tenement have been concluded,and granting of the permit is imminent.
