stevo - and this should be made public to all concerned - if you have no fear of the consequence and no fear of the net result based on skill and expertise - it should be out there for all to read and judge - i think it harks back to JT. socksa et el ........ just make it known and why - we can judge for ourselves and her 'value ad' can be discerned accordingly.
Strikes at the heart of well made arguments regarding Governance and perception - i don't expect Mr Hoskin to make bad decisions - and create jobs for the boys and the family - that is Pegasus argument - but i think when you know it is or may be conflicted - get on the front foot. It is a strategic appointment fine - it's just the perception thing...like i mentioned re Scott the other day.
Mr Hoskin can be lauded for this appointment or rebuked - he leaves only one option when it plays out the way it does ...perception see Pegasus ..... would not expect him to announce to the ASX every time he appoints one of the 100 people - these circumstances are 'normal' they are inter related.
