Intersting article in The West today says that Tipper joined BRM as he was a looking for a role where he could "call the shots" LOL.

Perhaps he should have consulted WR and asked him how that worked out for him. There was certainly no "shot calling" when he was about to ink a rail deal with FMG.

I'd suggest Mr Tipper will shortly find out what it means to work for Chinese overlords.
