Their prospectus is open an trying to raise 5 million at 20 cents per share, why didn't rvr raise capital. Apparently they have purchased herberton for the silver and indium deposits, hopefully we didn't give it away for peanuts. Will find out soon enough but what hurts more is that our former dictator who left in 2021 is on their board. :-(
