BollingerBob, I think we would all agree that the key takeout was that BMN feels it has lots of scope to lower costs and will be focusing on this plus an offtake partner to help secure attractive debt finance in the leadup to the DFS. The mining license application is by years end - who knows how long the govt approval process takes. Its not really a concern.
