I know you are a bull on property but you do not know the demographics of the area so your comments are ill-advised

I agree he should be doing research but relying on historical figures which do not include the critical last 6 months is very dangerous.

Forget the graphs and adjusted governments statistics, he should get out on his own two feet and see what is actually happening.

Remember if the property market gets worse it will be the new areas like Ormeau which are full of FHBs that will collapse like a stone first.
Other areas may hold up but the new home estates many of which are being sold as no deposit homes are the most at risk
