What is your take on the lack of Movement up after the announcement?

Consider the following;

April 2011 (approx)- sp hits 39c on the news IDC has purchased Mt Kare not long after the big boys cough up 30c for cr. with no PFS done, no camp on site, no Jorc and no world class management team.

Since then the sp has drifted south on all occasions, announcements, appointments etc. I agree with everything you said but I still can't understand the drift south??!!
