Dear Sir/ Madam CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS RTL Corporation Limited (ASX: RTL, Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Griffiths to the Board as a non-executive director. Michael is a geologist and a Member of AusIMM with over 25 years experience within the minerals exploration and energy sector in Australia and Africa. He is an executive director of ASX Listed Chalice Gold Mines Limited and a director of Currie Rose Resources Inc (a Canadian listed company). As a director he has overseen the discovery of significant gold discoveries in both Tanzania and Eritrea and his exploration experience includes the discovery of significant gold resources in the Tanami Desert region of the Northern Territory of Australia.

Prior to moving into the minerals sector, Michael spent the first 2 years of his career as a coal geologist in central Queensland. Michaels appointment will add valuable technical expertise to RTLs board as the Company continues to progress due diligence activities in relation to the recently announced call option over a coal project in the Moatize region of Mozambique.

So RTL have an expert geologist on board and his technical experitise will be used over the coal project in the Moatize region of Mozambique.
